A will is one of the most important documents that you can make with regards to your family. It ensures that your wishes for your estate are respected and that you decide who gets what, in a timely manner, after you're gone. Denbert Associates provides hassle free will writing services by either visiting you at your home or via telephone or web-chat, if that is your preference. We do all the hard work for you.
13 Years of experience
These are just as important for you and your family as making a will. The difference is that these lasting powers will come into effect whilst you are still alive. Very briefly, they give your chosen attorney's the legal ability to make crucial decisions regarding both your health/wellness as well as your finances should you no longer be able to make these decisions yourself. Here at Denbert Associates we will guide you through all of the process and produce the relevant documents as well as providing compliant registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.

As your will is such an important document you might not feel comfortable keeping it in your home. If this is the case then we can offer secure, fire and flood proof storage for your will at one of our partner facilities for a small annual fee. Please ask us about this when we meet to take your instructions.

Speak to our expert team of will writers based in Fareham, Hampshire. Alternatively, set up an appointment or submit your details by email and we will contact you to confirm a suitable time to discuss your needs, either in person, by phone or via web chat. Appointments with a will writer are available daytime or evening - entirely at your convenience.
During your appointment we will take your instructions regarding the disposal of your estate among your family, whether its a simple passing to your spouse or a more complicated set of wishes involving more of your family. Depending upon your circumstances there are further things we might discuss such as Trusts or Lasting Powers of Attorney. Everything is fully explained and if you have any questions either during our meeting or afterwards we are more than happy to go through these with you until you are satisfied.
After we have taken your instructions your will will be drafted by our fully qualified will writing staff and emailed/posted to you for your approval. We aim to have this initial draft with you within 7 - 14 days of your appointment. When you are happy with it we will then produce the final copy of the will to you or deliver it in person along with simple guidelines on how to have it correctly signed and witnessed.
